Prevage By Elizabeth Arden

Prevage was developed by Elizabeth Arden with collaberation from a leading dermatological research company. It is designed to address all major anti-aging concerns by helping protect and restore skin. Prevage helpds reduce fine linkes and wrinkles, protects and repairs skin from sun damage, firms and brightnes the skin, and also improves skin tone and texture.

Prevage has been so effective for many because it use a fairly high concentration (0.5%) of  Idebenone. Idebenone is one of the most powerful and effective antioxidants for correcting and preventing skin damaged by environmental reasons. It is found to be more effective than alpha lipoic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E and coenzyme Q10. The special formulation in Prevage has a Environmental Protection Factor (EPF) of 95.

Prevage have been proven in clinical tests to provide a significant decrease in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and improvement in the look of firmness, tone, texture and radiance. The study size was 107 and used Prevage for 8 weeks.

Prevage have gotten a lot of extremely good reviews from those that have tried it. Many people bought Prevage because they tried a little sample pouch included with other Elizabeth Arden products they purchased and found Prevage to be good. Also, Prevage won the Allure Editor’s Choice Adward back in 2006 when introduced.

There are  small number of people that have experienced some rashes and redness from using Prevage though. However, it does not appear a problem with specific skin types though since many people with sensitive skin have used Prevage with no problem.

Conclusion

Prevage is a very good anti-aging product and is effective for many that have used it. It is one of few products that reduces fine lines and wrinkles and also protect the skin against environmental factors at the same time. The only real negative thing we can say about it is the cost, which may put it out of the price range for some. However, if you can afford Prevage, we do highly recommend it.
